Questions, answered
The Grange, in plain terms
The things sellers and buyers ask us most — where we work, what's included, how it's priced and how to get started.
Where does The Grange sell homes?
We sell homes across the north-east of Scotland — throughout Moray, Speyside and the Aberdeenshire coast. That includes Elgin, Nairn, Lossiemouth, Forres, Buckie, Keith, Fochabers, Cullen, Banff, Aberlour, Dufftown and Huntly, along with the villages and countryside in between.
What is included when I sell with The Grange?
Every home gets professional photography, a property film, a 360° virtual tour and a measured floor plan. We market your home across the major portals, host accompanied viewings, and guide you from valuation through to completion.
Do you offer drone photography, video and virtual tours?
Yes. Aerial drone photography, cinematic video and 360° virtual tours are part of how we present every home — photographed to look its best whatever the weather.
How much does it cost to sell with The Grange?
We charge a simple fixed fee, with no commission. There are three packages to choose from, and you can see exactly what each one includes on our pricing page.
Is the valuation really free?
Yes. Your valuation is free and there is no obligation. We visit your home, give you an honest view of the market, and you decide what happens next.
How do I book a valuation or get in touch?
You can book a free valuation through this website, or call the office on 01542 870749. You can also send a message and we will reply within one working day.
How do I arrange a viewing?
Find the home you would like to see on our properties page and get in touch — call the office on 01542 870749 or send a message, and we will arrange a viewing at a time that suits you. Viewings are accompanied by the team.
Do you offer a discount for Blue Light or Defence Discount Card holders?
Yes. Holders of a Blue Light Card or a Defence Discount Card receive 10% off any package, as a thank-you for your service.
Where are you based?
Our office is at Invermay Cottage, Grange, Keith, AB55 6SN, and we work across the wider north-east of Scotland.
Are you regulated?
Yes. The Grange is a member of The Property Ombudsman and of Propertymark, with Client Money Protection provided through Propertymark. If something ever goes wrong, you have an independent route to put it right.
What makes The Grange different?
Presentation. Tracy sold at the top of a major UK agency before building The Grange to do it the way it should be done — every home photographed, filmed and marketed to a high standard, with real people you can talk to.
