I spent years as a top agent at a major UK agency. I built the skills, earned the results, and learned what works at the very top.
Then I learned something else: excellence and volume don't mix. The systems that chase transaction count quietly kill the attention that actually sells a home. So I left, and built The Grange to do it properly — every home, every client, every decision made for quality rather than targets.
