What We Offer

Professional Marketing

The vast majority of people will view a house for the first time online. With that in mind, we advertise on Right Move, On the Market, Zoopla. These portals allow your property to get in front of millions of customers, and represent a first port of call for most buyers. We also advertise on our own website and we use targeted advertising campaigns on Social media. These campaigns use the best marketing technology to get in front of the buyers looking for properties and represent a fantastic opportunity to gain your property the widest exposure possible.

Floor Plans

Put simply, floor plans allow prospective buyers to truly engage with the layout and size of your home before they view in person. It allows them the opportunity to gauge the fit of your property for their needs, in turn meaning more suitable viewers with more potential for a sale.

Photography

It is impossible to overestimate the importance of good quality, professional images of your home while selling. There is an unfortunate trend amongst estate agents to use their agents to take the photographs, sadly resulting in sub-optimal photos. At The Grange, our agents are agents and our photographers are photographers; we do not send agents to do the photographer’s job nor vice versa. Our photographers are trained to our standard so you can be assured that only the best quality images will be used on our advertisement, with the photographers going above and beyond to prepare your property before the first image is even shot.
Photography is an integral part of all of our packages.

Aerial Imagery (drone photography)

Aerial imagery has many benefits that can make it a vital tool in getting a sale. Although photos can be captured from the ground, aerial photographs give more depth and information to the image: the access and scale of the property can be accurately conveyed, you can see the footprint of the home and put into perspective things like parking, driveway size, access from the street or garden size. The images can also show the surrounding area. Is the property near a forest, local amenities, have a sea view or in a cul-de-sac? Aerial photographs help listings stand out and answer many questions buyers want to know.

Virtual Tours

Every service we offer adds value and increases the probability of interest from buyers, leading to a prompt sale at a price you’re happy with. Virtual tours help buyers transport themselves to your home with the click of a button. They can explore every room, zoom in for detail, check the views from the garden or the light fixings; whatever is important to them, they can see it in the virtual tour. This in conjunction with the floor plan ensures that potential buyers have access to all information they require before they book to view.

* Virtual Tours are included in the Platinum package and are available as an add-on.

Video Showreel

We will compile a short video tour of your property for prospective purchasers to view.

Social Media Advertising

We use paid social media advertising campaigns to get your listing in front of the right people. The platform we use to create campaigns works seamlessly with Google, Facebook and Instagram.

Viewings fulfilled by The Grange local agent

We will take ownership of all viewings and schedule them as appropriate for both you and the viewer. This can be of benefit as viewers are often more comfortable with an independent person conducting the viewings. We will take the utmost care of your property and show it at its best to all prospective purchasers.
